Our Si-based large area high-speed photodetector allows for easy integration and alignment. The detector has a high responsivity and low capacitance.

Rise/Fall time (20%-80%) , R = 50 Ω   : 70 ps

Responsivity at 850nm/940nm : 0.55/0.4 A/W

Capacitance, V = 5V :  0.85 pF

Current noise spectral density : 0.1 pA/√Hz      

Package : Bare die with bond pads or wafer size (3, 4 or 6 inch)
